Booking Conditions

• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card in accordance with our cancellation policy. Once this process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• If you are unable to attend, cancellations will only be valid if made in writing at least 24 hours prior to your reservation and upon receiving confirmation from the restaurant. If you cancel outside this permitted timeframe, the established cancellation policy will apply.
• During the booking process, please let us know about any food allergies or intolerances so we can accommodate them when adapting your menu.
• We offer a children's menu for kids under 12 years old. It consists of a starter, a main course, and a dessert for €75. If you are visiting with children and prefer this option, please indicate it in the special requests section.
• If you have a gift voucher, please provide the voucher code or reference in the designated section during the booking process.
• Pets are not allowed inside the dining room, with the exception of guide dogs.
• Please note that for guests with reduced mobility, access to the restaurant must be through the main street-level entrance.
• Due to the layout of our parking lot, access and maneuvering for caravans, motorhomes, or high-clearance vehicles is not possible, as there are various structural elements that limit their movement within the premises.
