MAREXADA menu
We sail between memory and the contemporary.
We explore the most traditional and most innovative aspects of Culler with:
4 appetizers, 7 main courses, 1 pre-dessert and 2 desserts.
Menu price: €190.00 per person.
Wine pairing: €75.00 per person (optional).
Menus will be served to complete tables. Dishes may vary based on market availability while maintaining the same structure.

The proposal responds to nature’s seasonal signals, always seeking freshness, seasonality, and balance.
Schedule
From September to June, our opening hours are Thursday through Monday from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM (on Fridays and Saturdays we also open for dinner service from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM). We will be closed for vacation during the month of February.
During July and August, we’re open Wednesday through Monday for lunch and dinner (except Monday nights and Tuesdays in July. In August the restaurant will be closed on Tuesdays for staff rest.
Booking
Once your reservation is made, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS. If you don’t receive it, please don’t hesitate to contact us so we can resolve it as soon as possible.
The Descuberta menu, the most extensive one, will only be served until 2:00 PM (lunch) and until 9:00 PM (dinner).
The Marexada menu is available until 2:15 PM (lunch) and until 9:15 PM (dinner).

CAN I COME WITHOUT A RESERVATION?
Advance booking is required as capacity is limited.

If you have any dietary restrictions, it’s best to let us know your requests when making your reservation.
We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
If you are part of a large group, please check with your companions and inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare alternatives for you.
IS THERE A VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN OPTION?
Due to the characteristics of our menu, the Ronsel menu can be adapted to vegan options. For a vegetarian proposal, the Marexada and Ronsel menus can be adjusted.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO EAT?
The duration varies greatly depending on the desired pace and level of enjoyment for the experience, but as a general guideline each menu lasts the following:
- DESCUBERTA 3 and a half hours.
MAREXADA 2 and a half hours.
RONSEL 1 and a half hours
However, if you have less time please let us know in advance and we’ll adjust accordingly.
CAN I COME ACCOMPANIED BY A MINOR?
We do not restrict reservations with minors, but we do not have a play area for them. We recommend that you keep this in mind when choosing your menu due to its length, so that everyone can enjoy comfortably. If you are coming with a baby, it is important to let us know so we can arrange the table distribution in the dining room. We can provide a high chair at your table (subject to availability). If you are coming with a stroller, we kindly ask that you enter through the upper floor at street level, as the access from the parking lot does not have an elevator.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Please always notify us if you’re running late. We’ll try to accommodate the situation depending on the delay. Remember that the Descuberta menu, the most extensive one, will only be served until 2 PM (lunch) and 9 PM (dinner).
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We don’t have a strict dress code, we just ask that you avoid beachwear.
I HAVE A VOUCHER, SHOULD I COVER THE CANCELLATION POLICY WITH MY CARD?
Having a voucher makes you eligible to enjoy one of our three designated menus specified on it. However, you must guarantee your reservation by completing the required cancellation policy procedure. You have up to 24 hours before your reservation to modify or cancel it.
PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
Access for people with reduced mobility is available at the main entrance, at street level. If you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask us.
